Through yoga, you will improve joint mobility, while simultaneously working upper body and core strength. Expect to experience a range of postures (standing, seated, inverted, prone and supine), sun salutations, breath practices, a closing relaxation and above all expect to experience SOUND. All-levels are welcome.
